To strengthen our development team, we are looking for an experienced WordPress developer (m/f/d) who is experienced in creating custom templates and plugins.
Your tasks
- Development of custom WordPress templates: You design and develop individual themes that are perfectly tailored to the needs of our customers.
- Creation and customization of plugins: You develop tailor-made plugins and extend existing ones to integrate specific functions.
- Optimization of existing WordPress websites: You optimize and maintain existing websites in terms of performance, security and user-friendliness.
- Integration of third-party APIs: You integrate external services and APIs into WordPress websites to provide additional functions.
- Close collaboration with designers and project managers: You implement design specifications with pixel precision and contribute your technical expertise to project meetings.
- Quality assurance: You carry out regular tests and code reviews to ensure the highest quality standards.
Your profile
- Sound knowledge of WordPress development: You are experienced in creating custom themes and plugins and are very familiar with the WordPress core functions.
- Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP: You use these technologies confidently to implement complex WordPress solutions.
- Experience with common WordPress frameworks and tools: You have already worked with frameworks such as ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) or toolsets.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles: You have a flair for appealing design and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work independently: You drive projects forward independently and have high quality standards.
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team and sharing your knowledge with your colleagues.
